I was gonna split the difference between y'all and give it a very good. However, after careful consideration, and especially relative to other Adiemus tracks, I consider it amazing. This one sounds like it should be part of a movie soundtrack. Powerful.

I really love her vocals, as you guys say. I think I should start searching for some CDs of hers.

here is a link to the albums Amazon shows for Miriam Stokely: http://www.amazon.com/Miriam-Stockley/artist/B000APIEKI/102-0117175-9075312
I'd say go for it. I'v recently been getting into vocalists more. bought several Lorenna Mckennit, Sarah Brightman and Lisbeth Scott albums recently. I would consider Miriam's work too.

Not one of their best tracks, but still engaging in the least ^_^

Sorry, but I have to disagree with just about every other poster. Please, please, please, please, please, please etc. stop playing stuff from Adiemus on this channel. It's utter rubbish and definitely not New Age. Just stop it... now.

I respect your opinion, but you're out voted ~2:1 here. Sorry...

I'm with you, Marensman!
While there are some pieces of Adiemus on Jenkins' many albums that have a similarity about them, Cantus is one of my faves. Besides, I have yet to find a CD that I like every single piece off of, in any genre (although Queen and Hans Zimmer come pretty close). I guess thats why downloadable music got to be so popular - a lot of people feel the same way.

Yet another monotonous Karl Jenkins composition. How many more are there?

Sick of this noise......Strange how all 5 posts you've ever made on this channel are on the Adiemus tracks. http://forums.di.fm/images/smilies/eyeroll.gif All negative, too.
Why not comment on the New Age selections you enjoy for a change? :)

Lovely track...and reminds me of a special time and lady from years ago. Interesting how music affects memories.

For an Adiemus, i find it..."not quite".
tune-wise sounds like many of the other pieces; the vocals are...kinda alright i guess, but gets repetitive. could do with more drive in the music i think...?

??? I followed Tammy here quite a while ago. I just registered in order to say please get this type of music off this station. "Rubish" is such a nice term to describe it. In my opinion it belongs in the big green file cabinet in the back of the parking lot.
