Hear it for the first time, good song, but ... really don´t souds
like the 70´s for me, it´s more like Santana in the early 80´s. |

Classic 70's alright.....how much fun I was having back then! FM was probably more popular in the early 80's.
Santana rocks. Even my 17-year-old is listening to them now. Apparently, this is one of the groups of my generation that doesn't give her " a headache." (according to her) I tell her.....whatever And besides.....if my generation's music is so bad, why is her generation taking our songs and redoing them? She doesn't have much to say about that one.... |

this song is the title song to a very entertaining movie with Martin Mull of the same name about a flimsy FM station trying to emerge in the world of '70's pop; great movie; great song; like most Steely Dan songs, awesome lyrics. Can't belive more people don't remember this song

Superb Music...all class and hard to find anyone coming close to it now.
Steely Dan...Put your headphones on, turn the lights off, lay back and let their sound wash over you. |

Lovely to hear Steely Dan with this great song again, after all these years and, their style and the musicians they used formed the basis of today's 'Smooth Jazz' set.
This single got to No.22 in the Billboard Hot 100 and No.49 in the UK Charts all in 1978! Have fun - Beejay |

No comments since 2010. Love this laid back jazz sound.
