I was 16 when this tune hit the airwaves (an old fart compared to the posts above). I think I wore out 3 Shannon tapes (no CD's yet in 84 when this song came out). This song sounded so good thumping in a car with a good system. If I remember right, I think Shannon was like a secretary or something when she made this album.
Great song. Great memories.

This was THE song when it came out. There is simply no better song to play loud. I remember when it first came out, there was a guy that lived down the street who had a thumpin sound system in his truck. He would crank this song up and you could hear it literally from miles away.
Unfortunately my computer's speakers won't Jam quite at that level.
