Default SW version on the playlist!

Not bad, although the SW parody version beats this by half a lightyear.

His name was Rico ...
Her name was Lola ...

Supose both were at that beautiful brazilian beach.

Great song.

Difficult to explain, what "warme sülze" means. But it's not nice 'cause I don't like this song that much, I think it is a little bit too soft. But warme sülze is not something like "shit" or stuff like that, it's like "something that the world is not waiting for". A dictionary would tell you "warm aspic" but it's german slang.
Keep on enjoying the great 70s music, thank God it's not all sülze

Got on the pumps, bell bottomed polyester white pants, snap buttoned silk-like shirt unbuttoned to mid chest, hair combed back in wings ready to hit the lit dance floor. Somebody pass me the chapstick.

Look, Manilow wrote commercial jingles... this is so commercial and polished, and you can visualize the story the lyrics are telling... See how he hooks you in!

Wink hot "warm aspic"

A 70´s classic I like to hear every day twice... never mind if kraut blamed it "warme Sülze"

"I Write The Songs" . . which he did but he didn't write that one Love me some Manilow though. Liked him even when no one else did at the beginning.

This song sounds very bright and festive, but the lyrics are tragic and dark. I like this song.

Not this time. As the song has it, "the hottest spot north of Havana..." Tolerable tune in moderation, IMO...
