This piece is part of one of my most favorite Beethoven piano sonatas, but this performer is so boring to listen to...I want to fall asleep! Beethoven is meant to be played with so much vigor and passion, and this guy is absolutely boring. You should really use the interpretation by Vladimir Ashkenazy...he is amazing at playing Beethoven.

I prefer Beethoven by Glenn Gould. Especially this piece, as he plays it much faster and clearer.

To me, Glenn Gould is much better playing Bach.
I enjoyed the book "Der Untergeher" by Thomas Bernhard about Glenn Gould, about his life and his full dedication to Bach works, "Goldberg variations" in primis. |

... and it should be added that Glenn Gould died at the piano by a brain stroke at 51 while playing "Goldberg Vairiations",
It's a real pity not to have them here though there is a quite large number of Bach compositions in this radio station |
