Are you using winamp? I have a winamp saved list of stream urls and I can put a shortcut on the Quick Launch toolbar (or any toolbar), then click on the icon. Winamp starts up and starts playing the first url (if it can connect, otherwise it keeps trying all of them in the list until it hits one that works).

Yona Waya - it is not clear to me what it is you want to post. If it is the music itself, then I do not believe that is possible, in fact I am sure it is not.

But if you want to promote or provide details of the artist you mention, then I suggest you start a Thread in the section which is called "Shameless Self Promotion", and say what you want to say.

to suggest new artists you need to use the request threads on this forum area. sounds like it would go either new age or world channel (or both).
to promote yourself or another artist use the shameless self-promotion forum as NakId suggested.
