I'm DonaldsonJune from Philly. I'm thinking about upgrading to premium but does it really sound different? My audio system is Rotel with Energy speaker. Any thoughts???

Hi DonalddsonJune,

A lot depends on the speed of your internet connection. Have super high speed? You will get an awesome stream. I live in the country where the wiring is awful but I still get great sound. I have 5.1 surround sound and the music sounds wonderful.

Also, the premium is commercial free.

Enjoying SKY on my iPhone4 in Costa Rica. I play it through USB cable to my car stereo Pioneer AVH-P3250BT. The Pioneer song display though gets stuck on the first song and does not change anymore on further songs. Is there a way to get this working?

I upgraded to premium 2 months ago and find it realy worthwhile, quality really improves to richer sound.

Hi- I love new age music, but actually, the stuff I love most should be classified more as "relaxation" or just "mello"; new age stuff is more for taking you on a trip or something...
I don't understand the whole uploading music thing; what about copyright?

Howdy, I'm new to Sky FM and my listening and tastes are eclectic. I'm from the generation that invented rock n roll, but since born and reared in north Alabama during forties and fifties my first musics were blues, bluegrass, country, western swing, texmex, gospel, rhythm and blues, jazz, and Baroque. I kept on acquiring musics, like the best of each genre. I confess that I'm not with with the moderns; I listen to music more than I watch television, even then a lot of music programs.
My favorite music movie is Still Crazy.

I just discovered Sky, and stoked to see an online radio station with a channel devoted to ska music!

I'm curious, is there a way for people to submit their own music for the station?

"Why not" I said to myself... Im trolling the threads anyhow... and sky is autostarted at my login into 42 PC's in my office at my doing. As an admin, I need the right tunes to work with, so as soon as my admin pass goes in the users are jammin with me!

My office of 5 Sys Admins and we all subscribed to premo services now, I never thought that would happen! Got it wired into the surround sound and all... great days at work...
